They've already redone the Williams one so I think at this pace they'll be fine.DoubleFart wrote: ↑3 years ago Also, codemasters staff are probably pretty pissed off right now - game launches in a week!
The car looks awesome now. Probably will be the first black car to win any races since Lotus in 2013 and a championship since Andretti's in 1978

Damn right. That car is a beauty.
Favourite moment? Where they break down at Catalunya within 200m of each other (a lap apart) with almost simultaneous engine failures!

Textures are quickly changed and they can sell the "classic" 2020 Mercedes livery as DLCDoubleFart wrote: ↑3 years ago Also, codemasters staff are probably pretty pissed off right now - game launches in a week!

I redid the graph from earlier with just the seasons average race speed. Still think that is the best way to compare years against each other. I've included also a line for +/- one standard deviation from the average. Which is surprisingly constant across the years, I would have guessed it would narrow down as tracks got more similar to each other. There is a slight decrease in width but it's only 0.24 kph/year.

I was surprised to see the size of the dip around 2010. I knew the V8s and skinny wings slowed the cars a bit, but not thinking it was that much. Only in the last 2 years has it started to come back to the height of the V10 era.Michkov wrote: ↑3 years ago I redid the graph from earlier with just the seasons average race speed. Word is slower than the current generation, if the graph is anything to go by I would say a plateau is most likely.

Can someone please explain "Vallteri, it's James". I know it's been a while, but I still don't get it.

I always loved that car, it looked so good. I have a signed picture of Mika Salo from back then, he's wearing shades and you can see a reflection of the car in his shades, it's a brilliant picture.
