Yes, plenty of international championships have already been cancelled.
I see now several International airlines have cancelled all flights into China..... without planes the GP aint going to happen.
Unfortunately it also means a near 1 month gap between Vietnam (April 5th) and the Netherlands (May 3rd)One avenue being explored is moving the Abu Dhabi season finale back to make room for the Chinese GP to take place in November.

As I have said before it will still get worse before it starts to get better. A replacement date for a Chinese GP is way down the list of priorities .... sorting the medical side and curtailing its spread is the main and only real priority currently that needs to be tackled.
