How excited are you about the upcoming season?

Easy question. Are you excited?!

Sorry, I am not. Never been this apathetic ahead of an F1 season.

I see I am not alone in voting 2, lol. Yea, what Cheeveer said.

Last season, WRC was my favourite motorsport fix and after thoroughly enjoying the three days of the Monte this past weekend, it will continue to be so. Watching F1 is an arduous chore at this point.

Wow, I'm leading the pack at a 3!

I wish we still had proper Indycar coverage.

Eh. 'Gave it a 5. 'Nother season; nothing specially innovative to get excited about. We'll see whether or not there's any excitement when it gets underway.
Awaiting the appearance of Cossie and box integrated with chassis '49, the P34, turbos, ground effects, ......those were the kind of things to have excited anticipation about. No more.

Innovation's never to be seen again for the sake of the show. :(
Those were the days my friends, we thought they'd never end.....

I matched Monte with a 3. I dont think I have ever been at this stage of the F1 season and been so apathetic about it. Usually by now I am at least following news and looking forward to the new car launches. This year I dont remember even looking at an F1 website for weeks. I couldnt even tell you when testing starts, other than February. Any news I know I found by chance on other websites.
I also followed the Monte Carlo Rally, the Daytona 24, and am looking forward to the Bathurst 12 hour this coming weekend so it is not like I am over motor racing in any way. Just a bit meh about F1's prospects and general direction atm.

Looks like it's going to be much of the same as last year which explains the general apathy I think.

3.

With the pecking order among the teams likely to remain the same, one new uninspiring track in Hanoi, and the Dutch GP which will at least have what might be a cool final corner anyway, that's as far as I can go.

Miserable buggers. I'm way more enthusiastic about 2020 than I was 2019.

TBF there were a number of good races if you look at them as isolated events and not in the championship as a whole perspective.

Due to work I missed both the Monte and Daytona, and I am really bummed out about that. Those are the kind of events you have to be "there" for, you can't watch them as "as-live". :| Rally Sweden, Sebring and "Clipsal" is what I look forward to mostly right now, in the "off" season. :sarcasm:

And as such, the championship went to the deserved.

Merc dominated again when they shouldn't have (far too many Ferrari blunders); and thus, the above sentence. ;)

Maybe Ferrari will get it's sheet together this year (the whole team). :fingers:
