Guess the Pole 2019: Japan [+RESULTS]

I could go on and on about Suzuka. I love this track. I play it in a variety of racing games and never get tired of it.
But how bad do the drivers want pole here? From where can we expect to see the Maximum Time Attack? Ferrari? LeClerc? Mercedes? Bottas?

Get your GTP guess in ASAP!! Reminder that the deadline will be late Thursday night.

Judging by the swollen head, I'm guessing the same nerve tonic Ken Griffey Jnr drunk for Homer's softball team

Since finding it, I did a bit of research. Apparently there was a famous artist that created a Life exhibit in Japan (Inochi means life). One of the statues was a strange Cyborg thing. Someone decided to make a TV show based on the appearance of the statue.
(It's so creepy but very Japanese.)

Since qualifying have been moved to Sunday morning, I take it that this round is cancelled?

Yeah, I'm not sure how I feel about it.

People can make guesses based on a certain day/time. That's nullified in this case.

BUT... We knew there was a typhoon on the way... That's the risk, and qualifying is qualifying.

That said, I'd certainly say it's a null round if they only took times from FP2.

I think it should not be a null round. It's part of the game.

We ran into this the last time (2010). If qualifying runs on Sunday, those times will be used for GTP. If there is no qualy at all, then we would need to decide on the rules depending on what criteria they used to set the grid (FP2? FP3? championship order?).

So in a nutshell, if they run a qualifying session on Sunday, the times run in the session to set the grid (most likey Q3) will be used for GTP. So this week will count.

Sounds fine as long as it's qualifying, IMO.

But like I said before, I don't think times from FP1, 2, 3 would be fair.
