Kaito and Ogura have some sweet retro bikes this week.
Yeah, loved the big round numbers on the front of the fairings.

Me too, I'd love more bikes like that. Anyway, Assen is go!

Great win for vinales. What a race, great competition. The only bad thing is that vale fell again. It looks like it s the last stop for vale

Moto3 & Moto2 were much better at Assen tbh. Ducati had no pace on this tight circuit plus Rins crashed early and Marquez never really pushed for the win but still extended his championship lead. And Sachsenring is next where Ducati will probably struggle again while MM has won there every race since 2010 IIRC.

It was a good race, especially the first 2/3ds. Glad to see someone other than MM win the race, shame about Rins though.

Suzuki have improved greatly this year, that's nice.

We’ve all been communicating to Lorenzo for a few years that he should retire.

MotoE has their first race today, it was a pretty good race.

Just watched the German GP. MMs dominance here and at a few other left-turn tracks is mind boggling. Shame for Rins, having given up potentially 45 points in seven days.

Polish TV commentators said the German GP will be held a week before Assen next season so the new Finnish GP will probably occupy the current Germany slot in July (which suggests some further date changes if they want to keep the long summer break). Currently the weekend before Assen is off so if nothing changes that would mean 4 straight weekends of racing in 2020. Not gonna happen.

That was a sickening impact. Shades of Roth's Yugoslavia crash. Can't believe that McPhee carried on racing and Kuni walked away.

Kunii looked like he suffered some arm injury and McPhee was obviously limping too.

Elsewhere it seems like the VR46 academy will have a major overhaul. Foggia & Bulega were reported leaving last month already but Baldassari will also be out (but staying at Pons Moto2).

Yes, by walked away I meant not carried off on a stretcher. :bye: Kuni has a fracture in his arm at the very least, I bet. The Moto3 title race is really looking great at the moment.

First time in a long time I skipped through the full MotoGP race, almost nothing of interest happened.
