Another one that I couldn't find in bigger version:

OK, I can tell you that the very small cropped aftermath pic is found in full version on the front page of a 1955 edition of Speed Sport News: https://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/ ... -474681382

It should be possible to identify the precise issue, and then it may be requested in that section. I'll find out what info is needed. The pic at worthpoint is blurred, but I think I can make out it says May 6, which would match the accident date, May 1.
This will appear, eventually.

I cant find a better pic, but can confirm it was a Niquist offy and happened May 1st 1955 as stated at Langhorne Pa. No info further to what you have but perhaps confirmation of the info.

There's also a modern article I've posted awhile back, where it's stated that video footage of the accident exists, but I'll have to check that again, as I may be remembering it wrong.

I will check this, and if I remember it right, this footage will go on the sticky list.

So, it's the 1953 accident of Nazaruk, and not the 1955 fatal one.

We have 3 photos out of very possibly the same sequence, and then there is the tv-camera footage that could have recorded the accident. This last item will be added to the list.

The photo sequence is in an edition of the St. Paul Pioneer Press, page one.
