Well my next guess is Hume Weir on that basis..... 
It has that quarry look to it. (It was built in a quarry) Originally opened as a an unsealed gravel track in 1959. Tarmac was put down in the very early sixties. Closed c1980 when it was discovered the ground near the Weir / Dam needed strengthening to avoid it slipping away.
The roadway and the entry gate to the pit area still remains (certainly a couple of years ago) and the painted grid layout at the downhill Start-Finish line although faint can still be seen, any other remains of the circuit have deteriorated in recent years.

Yes, I remember I asked for Hume Weir just a few months ago. Was that against the rules? 
When I found the first photo, I saw the opportunity to ask for a track that would not be solved immediatly with the first answer. Wouldn't have known myself to be honest.

It is no longer an active circuit, although they do still have a Historic Demo day using the same streets It was a street circuit as you can probably tell with houses in the background. It stopped holding races in WW2.
