Aha, wondered what was the problem. I just rushed home to get the start and thought I had messed up the start time!
Hazelwood was impressive in qualy, to be the fastest of the T888 built cars. Im sure Roland wasnt happy, although SVG found his pace in the shootout to be fastest T888 car. Not really sure what happened to Whincup in qualy, whether it was setup or his errors.

The Mustang racer, shown alongside the road car in a couple of pics, looks very different. I see that Walkinshaw have put off introducing the Camaro based on how awful the Mustang is being modded to fit the standard Falcon/ Commodore / Nissan control chassis and cage. They said they were not prepared to stuff the integrity of the Camaro, and would wait until the new rules come in, hopefully with a chassis / cage more suited to a 2 door car.

Great first lap battle between SVG and McLaughlin, neither of them gave away anything going through the first chicane and the next few corners. McLaughlin prevails.
