I was going to say its Tony Brise in the Embassy Hill, and that made it 1975.... his leaning head style is a giveaway and he did not do many GPs sadly, so it was a narrow field to pick from. But it still had me beat. I thought it was somewhere more tropical given the lack of clothing on some spectators.
