PS4. I don't have a gaming PC, and I don't plan on getting one. The only thing I play on my laptop is Age of Empires 2.

Probably the PS4 graphics are better?

Not sure if they remastered the game for PS4 but the initial release was PS3.

At the initial release, PC was better. The remaster for PS4 made them equal.

Yes much less than I used to but I've never really got into console gaming.

Just kidding, I have a PS3, but we literally use it for the kids to play on and streaming media, such as Netflix. I refuse to by a PS4 because the 40 or so games we have for the PS3 are not playable on the PS4 as it's not backward compatible with older games.

However, I do play on my PC, the only exception is the Gran Turismo series for the PS3, I generally think graphics on the PC are better, unless of course, it's a direct port from the console, with very little effort being put into optimizing for the better hardware.

The big advantage with the PC over the PS4 for Infinite is the vigors (plasmids in 1 and 2), that you can hotkey to the keyboard, to allow easy switching between them. On the PS3/4 you had to bring up a small wheel and rotate between the vigors, which paused the game. Wasn't that bothered by it, though.

The game is awesome regardless. Murder of Crows is the most kick-ass vigor of them all.

I did indeed buy Bioshock for PC today, but it will probably be end of May by the time I play.
