I'm really happy to say that finally we are getting some decent TT footage here.... earlier on today we had highlights of this year's qualifying, so I am hoping this continues for the rest of the fortnight.

I was off to a mates bbq and learned that Danny Webb suffered fracture on the 1st to 4th lower back spine in the off at Laurel Banks. You may assume that mood was not the bestest in the Penz13 bimmer squad
Nontheless another photo from the yesterday sessions
Michael Rutter on the Bathams BMW Superbike earlier today
A superbike race and a paddock walk with a befriended photographer on the cards later othdt than having Mad Sunday

I'm back from a stunning superbike race and sidecar qualifying out at Lambfell today. Fantastic spot really. Lowpoint today is that Davy Lambert came off at Greeba Castle and is reported to be critically ill in Nobles.
Pictures as always in my Flickr
I hope this pic gives a good impression on how close you really are to the action

Pictures of todays sidecar race 1 from Quarterbridge are now up on my Flickr account. Congrats to the Birchalls for being the first to break into the 117 mph on the lap and to winning the race.

And finally some bits of the Supersport race won by Michael Dunlop from Peter Hickman and James Hillier
As usually there's more in my Flickr account to be found in my signature below. For today we have the Superstock race and Qualifying laps scheduled but at the moment the prospects looking grim as it is lashing down hard

We had a showing of the SuperSport race on TV today.... Dunlop was on fire. Great race and glad to get to see it on TV so soon.
Great pics as usual Andy. Love the Sidecars. Thanks.
Shame about the weather.

I'm glad you like them pics, mate. If you seen the supersport race coverage you may also have seen my Sunday spot. When the commentary says something about Cronk-Y-Voddy (straight) and you see the cottage on the left. I sat on the bank opposite side about 300m down the road.
Just got the news that racing is cancelled for today. Saw that coming as the past 16h been the worst of weather since I came here. And it doesn't look like lightening up anytime soon

Yesterday was cancelled so I went out to a place called Murrays Motorcycle Museum a couple minutes out of town. If you guys ever should come over I highly recommend to pay it a visit. My visit was only topped by bumping into Jenny Tinmouth aftetwards.
After returning from the museum I went to the Douglas Beach races, just 5min from my home. Real good fun to watch
After that I went to the Villa Marina for a gig of the AC/DC coverband DC/AC. Really good and quite close to the original.
Todays racing starts 10.45 local With the TTzero and we'll have yesterdays Superstock as well as the Lightweight TT race on today. Weather looks quite good down here on the prom so I'm quite positive it goes ahead

Watched the sidecar race on our TV coverage today.... the Birchalls were in a class of their own, breaking their lap record of last year by several seconds. Had a fright when watching them approaching on the straight as Tom Birchall was so crouched in the chair you could not see him at all... I thought he had fallen off! Then he popped his head up....
Glad to see no serious injuries to anything (other than the sandwiches that went flying) when the #47 crew got up on two wheels exiting the hairpin, hit adamp parch and fired through the ropes, flew off the kerb on the inside into a small crowd of spectators.
