I have their Fire Brigade album on vinyl and it is fantastic. Some of the songs are quite dated, but I think Roy Wood is one of the most underrated musicians of the 60s and 70s. Everyone knows him for that Christmas song he released, but this is the really good stuff.

The Move also made some great music in the early 70s, after Jeff Lynne joined, and as they transformed themselves into the Electric Light Orchestra...
