Timmy Hill said in the media center his team would of likely had to cease operations if they had not made the Daytona 500.

Meanwhile Ryan Blaney will go to a backup car, therefor starting at the rear of the field.

They "would likely have had to cease.....".
They couldn't "would of likely had to cease" as one cannot "of likely had to" anything.......

A popular mistake as "would of" sounds like the contraction of "would" and "have" (would've), which wouldn't work int his sentence anyway.....

Anywho..... NASCAR should've (not should of... ) announced an earlier start time yesterday (Ooohhh let's say 11:oo AM instead of the established time) as we know rain is coming this afternoon ; 'ain't gettin' a full race in today.......

I'm 4 hours south of Daytona and it's rainin' here (Champion Porsche/Audi dealership territory) on and off.
