It's not a coincidence.

Yes. But it depends also to total population and population density.

What a peculiar but fascinating culture.

You should consider making it an annual event.

Reports are flying around that all Indycar teams have to produce at least one Lights entry for 2021. Good idea, not sure if feasible in this economic climate, but it's the only way to get Lights back on track.

I had never heard of him but I thought..... that cannot be his real name.
It sort of his. His first name is Stirling (after his ancestral home, Stirling in Scotland) Ray is his middle name (also his Father's name) and Robb the surname. Stirling got reduced to Sting at an early age, as it would, so yeah it is a proper name and the one he was born with.

But agreed a great name. Especially for a racing driver.

Benjamin Pedersen will make his Indy Lights debut under the Global Racing Group with HMD Motorsports flag. The Seattle-based Dane, son of GRG owners Christian and Helle Pedersen, moves to the top step of the Road To Indy with the expanded HMD outfit after dedicating multiple years to F3 and F4 training.

Devlin DeFrancesco will pilot the No. 17 Dallara IL15-AER entered by Andretti and George Steinbrenner IV alongside Kyle Kirkwood and Danial Frost, and will have the services of Mark Bryant as race engineer.

At least that's something.

Alex Peroni's moving to Indy Lights (from F3) to run for Carlin who are returning to that series. Will be interesting to see how he goes, he wasn't the best of the Australian F3 contingent this year but he had a couple of podiums.

He's decent, but no star in F3.

Good luck to him, and yay for an extra car.
