What a shame for Felix .
Sorta... He brought it upon himself.......
He did and owned up to it as well. I wish he just settled for second there but racer's gonna race, I guess. I think he was a little bit caught out by the difference in speed between him and Hinch too.

I saw it as Marco got a huge run on the outside, swooped by Felx and Hinch, which washed up Hinch and Felix got way up high. It was a lose-lose situation for Felix: either back off and lose contact with Dixon, or go high into the wall as he did.

I see Felix a bit like de Ferran in 1995.
Very fast, capable of leading, but shoots himself in the foot chasing that first win.

Good to watch something different. Hadn’t watched a seasonal indy race in ages. They managed the event well without the spectators as well. It still felt quite normal. Shame we didn’t get the shootout with Felix on the last lap but it was a good run.

I can't fault him for trying to keep up with Dixon, but with a, what, 15 seconds gap back to whoever was in third at the time, he shouldn't have gone for that pass. But then again, ovals, 220 MPH, there's so little reaction time.
