Bottom post of the previous page:

That was a really unpleasant crash, fingers crossed he is ok, very lucky to have avoided going into the catch fencing head first.

Conway was low because Dario had bunched them all up by going at pussy-pace.

The word from ESPN is that Conway is out of the car and waved to the crowd. Seriously lucky.

It was a real shame about the crash from a racing perspective, since I was really looking forward to seeing if Dario had enough gas in the tank to make it.

Conway wasn't in that group behind Dario, that was Rahal, I think Beatriz and one other.

I just heard a segment of the crowd chanting, "Dan-i-ca! Dan-i-ca! Dan-i-ca!"

What a gong show...

Conway came way to close to causing me to witness my first death on live TV... I'm so glad he flipped back facing the right way just before he hit the wall... That was too close, I feel sick...

Apperantly he is now waving at the crowd, God bless him.

Grats to Dario for a well deserved win, only one of the front runners not to make a mistake.

In fact it was a British one-two-three at Indy. I hadn't noticed Alex Lloyd snuck up to third place by the end. That is awesome.

Really? Both Weldon and Lloyd had been running at the back all day. Kinda feel like they stole P2 and P3...

Dr. Michael Olinger says that Conway has an injury to his right leg, but that he's conscious and non-critical.

As usual an awesome that ends with an anti-climax at the end. Man that was close on fuel for so many. Too bad Andretti didn't get a full fuel load and that Conway went berserk.

Also, a shame about Kanaan. He was the driver of the race. Was wathcing his onboard for the most part, and it was the best drive through the field I've seen since those times in the 70's and 80's when Mario Andretti and AJ Foyt started at the pack and charged through. But now the cars are all equal so that makes it even more impressive.

There is already a clip on youtube of Conways massive crash. That is a copy of Zampedris crash in 1996. Violent as hell!

Glad to hear he got away relatively unhurt!

I heard of a broken leg?

Anyway, the worst part of the race was the Double Penetration came home in 5th. Talk about undeserving.
