What a MotoGP race. This one has to be one of the very best wet races I've seen.
Still got goosebumps and shivers .... just fantastic racing, in the wet!

I was spellbound when Dovi's front end started to wiggle down the straight and he sent it in so deep inside Marquez.. I was sure he would miss his braking and fly out of the ball park!

Great win for Dovi, great result for the championship. He's going to need it, especially with PI coming up.

Jorge Lorenzo says he would not give up a first win for Ducati to help team-mate Andrea Dovizioso's MotoGP title charge until the final race.

Jorge Lorenzo has slammed fellow MotoGP rider Johann Zarco for 'PlayStation'-like riding after the duo's clash in the Japanese Grand Prix.
If Ducati is running one-two next race, JLo better get the fuck out of Dovis way. Hopefully Gigi lets him know this too.

As for Zarco....grow a pair, Jorge.

Miller passed fit for Australian MotoGP

Jack Miller will race in this weekend’s Michelin Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix, the Marc VDS team has confirmed.
Miller broke his right tibia in a training accident and missed last weekend’s Japanese Grand Prix.
His team has since tweeted on the eve of race weekend, “Good news! Jack Miller passed fit to ride at the Australian GP”.
“Last year we were fighting for seventh position and I think we can go even better than that,” said Miller.
“Phillip Island is a mix of everything. It is a really flowing track and it suits our bike and there is not too many first gear accelerations and big straights.
“We will put our head down go to work and see what we can come away with.”
Rossi, who returned to race from a simlar injury a couple of races ago admits that following his Motegi crash in which he suffered a major highside is said to be left suffering pain everywhere, although he was fortunate to avoid damaging his leg.
“It was a big crash this time,” recalled Rossi of the accident.
“I was behind (Aleix) Espargaro and tried to not give up, because I could keep his pace. But I had zero grip, I was like on ice.
“It was very fast. When I realised, I was already flying. Very lucky that the leg is ok. I have pain everywhere, but not a lot.
“We struggled a lot all weekend, it was very difficult because we never had good grip, especially on the rear.
Also in this weekend's MotoGP Australian Broc Parkes will stand in for Jonas Folger at this weekend’s Michelin Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix at Phillip Island.
The Tech 3 Yamaha team has confirmed the entry after Folger was forced to sit out last weekend’s Japanese Grand Prix due to illness.
The German flew to Munich for medical examinations with Yamaha test rider Kohta Nozane taking his place.

Nozane, however, broke his hand in a nasty crash on the Saturday at Motegi.
He started the race but crashed again on Lap 3 and retired, putting him on the sidelines for the Australian race.

Parkes will similarly fill in for Folger in his own home race, which will be his first start in MotoGP since Valencia in 2015.

I haven't watched the Motegi race yet, but I read that Nozane impressed Rossi greatly.

There is a high probability that Jonas Folger's season is over, because of his illness. I hope he gets better soon and comes back stronger in 2018.

Folger suffers from the Eppstein-Barr virus so yes his season is over. I just hope, that his gig with Tech3 ain't, too

Contracts don't mean much these days. Hearing rumours that Morbidelli is replacing him in 2018

That would be a bit off, I think. He's done a good job this year. Most certainly don't deserve being kicked out of the paddock. Or are you thinking a straight swap with Marc VDS?

Poncheral is a bit pissed because, as he claims, he was unaware that Folger suffered from Eppstein-Barr before he signed with Tech3.
No idea where that would leave Jonas but I`m quite sure the chances to get near a top bike will be rare
