First one appears to be Spa, I'll see what I can do.

Can't do much with the dragster one, but it's probably second half of the 1960s, and American. What's a bit odd is it's crashed into the armco from the outside (if the strip is to the right), so maybe a practice or testing crash next to it. Impact does not seem to have been too hard.
