Here's the info I have on this accident:

It's before 2008,
It's likely in Argentina,
Aaaand that's about it. A friend of mine thought it was a Volkswagen one make series, though that's only a suspicion. Can anyone identify this?

This is all the same series (or same type of car anyway) I think. Going by the comments in the first and second videos it was at Mar De Plata, which is in Argentina. The first video says they are Fiat 600 but the top comment on the second video says they are Fiat 850. They look more like Fiat 500/600 derivatives to me but maybe they were able to fit 850 cc engines in the Fiat 500/600s.

Some info has been found, thank you! This happened in 2000 at the Mar Del Plata circuit in Argentina. A driver (don't have the name yet) was about to win the Promocional 850 title when he lost control while celebrating too early and crashed. He then threw his helmet, and then pushed his car across the line. However, he was DQ'd, not because he pushed the car (that was legal), but because he did so with no helmet.

I can't provide the name of the driver, but the circumstances of the story is probably unique in motorsport history. Thanks for the videos.
You only have to read the lines of scribbly black and everything shines.

Probably not that much of a help, but this accident happened to Juan Pablo Brut from Tandil. He apparently uploaded the video himself. So you might wanna consider sending him a PM if you can't ID your crash.

This is him, I think:

Here's another copy of your video:

"Palo de Anriquez en promocional 850" - Could that be his name?
