i can imagine them getting really upset at us posting photos like these with the big Motorsport.com tag. Should we post these or not?

We could directly link their photos to our database. So they can't complain, since we haven't stolen them.
If they go off-line, however... :roll:

No, but they've started to become a major venture and I'm concerned about using their content. Their copyright policy explicitly states that we can't use their content in any way. So for now, I say - do not use Motorsport.com content. Honestly, the database won't miss a few recent, minor motorsport crashes.

Well... we could always link their original article, if it still exists, instead of their photos.
