The "Upload Photo" option doesn't appear when creating a new entry; it only shows up when I want to edit an existing entry.

There are separate pages for Add and Edit, it seems I re-added it to the Edit page only. In a few minutes it should be on the Add New Record page again.

Another message regarding pseudonyms, or names like "John Winter". Due to the way the code works, we can no longer use double quotation marks " ". Please use single quotation marks ' ' instead.

So the format would be like this: 'John Winter' (Louis Krages) ----> 'Fake Name' (Real Name)

I'm getting a "Page not found" when I try to access the photo uploader.

Same here.

Plus: It says "Image to large" when you're trying to upload a photo with a size larger than 2 MB. Please, add that missing "o". Please!

The Upload script has been moved to Jesper's server. I'm out of space on mine.

There are some photos which were uploaded, but are unused.

Do you still need them? They're still on my server.

Not sure where this should be posted. Allan McNish's name appears to be spelt incorrectly as 'Alan' in this entry:

Changed, thank you.

By the way guys, I just noticed in our Admin version of the database there is a 'Copy' button on the main Index page. Third button from left. Clicking this on an existing entry opens up a new one, with everything duplicated.

Using it saves so much time, you won't have to keep selecting the circuit/circuit type/race type every time.

A slight, but significant update:- The default order of entries in the database is now by "Date Updated" rather than "Time it was entered". This means that if a very old entry is updated with a new photo, or a text update, it will move right to the top of the list.

That's a very good thing.

I was aking myself...
Should we add a fake entry to the database, to see if anyone copies from us?

I've thought about this after reading this article:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fictitious_entry

I like the idea.

We also need a constant code which we should use when uploading photos.
I, for myself, have always uploaded the photos in a certain manner. Here's one for fatal accidents

last name of the deceased/name of the event + year + "fatal"

e.g.: Spectator Karel Szmadylo was killed in an accident in 2008 during a rally stage.
=> szmadylo2008fatal

I hate it when there are entries and the photos are named
"k" "k1" "dpsd03ekmd2" "familyguyisthebestseriesevercreated_93_nürburgring"
