McLaughlin and Reynolds make contact going into turn 2, they both have to head to the pits.
Scotty only had to change tires but he's lost a lot of time. Reynolds had to go into the garage.

Track is drying out.
McLaughlin is a minute behind but just did the fastest lap so he could salvage a decent result, especially with a well-timed safety car.

Coulthard jumps the previous leader Waters in the pitstops.
Whincup crashes, it looks like he's done totally. SC out.
McLaughlin has actually lost a lap through all that. DJRTP fucked up something there.

It rained again briefly so it will be a bit slippery on the restart and everyone is on slicks.

Good battle for 3rd/4th between Mostert, Percat and Holdsworth.
There's a few damaged cars. Someone smashed into Todd Hazelwood and blew one of his tires which is a shame.

Anton is struggling a bit, he's been off the track a couple of times. The track is still very wet.

There's been some good battles later on in the race, Percat and Waters particuarly until Percat locked up and hit Waters.
Jacobson just stopped on track and brought out the safety car. DePasquale had to pit because he didn't put enough fuel in but he has rejoined in 5th at the lowest. SVG now leads from Coulthard.

Oh shit, big fire at BJR.
It got put out. That was Percat. Scary moment.

Something went wrong with the refuelling hose and fuel spilled everywhere.
Unfortunately it looks like the race is going to end under safety car. That was a wild race though.
Jacobson had a fire too, that time it was a blown engine or something.
McLaughlin was 12th and last car on the lead lap, with Coulthard finishing 2nd the points gap will close somewhat.

It seems the lineups to the Pirtek Enduro Cup is now close to finalised. Bathurst in October is the first round of that.
Brad Jones Racing is the latest team to announce its line-up following confirmation Dean Canto will join Macauley Jones.
The announcement also confirmed Ash Walsh and Tim Blanchard as co-drivers for Tim Slade and Nick Percat respectively.
It leaves only Tickford Racing, Tekno Autosports and Matt Stone Racing yet to officially lock in its enduro drivers.
It is widely expected Super2 driver Thomas Randle will fill the seat alongside Lee Holdsworth in the #5 Bottle-O Ford Mustang.
Jonathon Webb is likely to continue as co-driver after partnering Jack Le Brocq at Tekno Autosports last season.

Of course Stanaway I would say is a potential change although one would think October would be plenty of time to get over his injury which has put him out of the last few rounds.
