Bottom post of the previous page:

I dont think we need any confirmation regarding his (non) participation at the Indy 500 later this month.
Wishing Pietro a full and speedy recovery.

Yeah, looks like a fix to give the Alonso-run car more exposure. I'd laugh my ass off it that car breaks down during the race :haha:

Fuck. Just gone to switch over to Eurosport to watch Spa as they usually broadcast WEC events live and they are showing some poxy bike race. WEC is not on for another 4 hours.

Edeit: Just seen the link above. Thanks Erwin

Lol SC on first lap and should play into the Toyota still parked in pitlane! (Do they allow lapped cars to pass the SC as in F1?)

Edit thinking about it with all the classes that wouldnt work.

It's Giro d'Italia. Cycling gets the most coverage on ES these days :annoyed:

Same place as Fittipaldi yesterday. Fortunately the driver was ok. Seems like a car failure of some sort as the car had just pitted for left hand tyres.

What a beautiful surprise it is to dive into the race, 5.25 hours in, and find Alonso leading.

Gap between the Toyota's and the non-hybrids is way too big. But this late BoP change ruined it for the latter ones.

Conway comes into the pits now. Alonso stays out, that could be the wrong decision.
