All the events at COTA will happen as scheduled.
Austin received much rain but has suffered a little amount of damage.
Brian Redman: "Mr. Fangio, how do you come so fast?" "More throttle, less brakes...."

Austin is almost 3 hours drive from Houston (and landlocked). I think it rained, but no flooding.
