#1

Post by Motorsportrace »

Does anyone have any footage or pictures of these fatal wrecks?

- Charles De Tornaco,1953, Modena Grand Prix (non-championship), testing
- Harry Schell, 1960, Silverstone International Trophy, qualifying
- Keith Andrews, 1957, Indianapolis, practice
- Stuart Lewis-Evans, 1958, Moroccan Grand Prix, race
- Giulio Cabianca, 1961, Modena, testing
- John Taylor, 1966, German Grand Prix, race
- Bob Anderson, 1967, Silverstone, testing

Big thanks in advance.

There is aftermath of the wrecks of Lewis-Evans and Taylor. It is highly unlikely that any video footage of the others is available since they were in practice, qualifying or testing.

I think there may be a photo of the Andrews wreck though.

Thank you, but where I can found the aftermaths of Lewis-Evans and Taylor?
I searched a lot but I didn't found any image.

I found an image of Cabianca's fatal crash, F1 testing at Modena:

low quality.

There aren't any images of the above (maybe Andrews, but that's not F1 and not my specialty)., only footage. The Lewis-Evans aftermath was posted, I think, by theracer120 in the YouTube Crash Videos thread a few weeks ago. The Taylor aftermath can be found on YouTube, in the coverage of the 1966 German GP.

All of the crashes on Unita.it have been posted before. Do a Search of the forum because most significant crash pictures have already been posted.

I have a pic of the Andrews wreck, but you asked for footage - I wouldn't hold my breath that there is any.

I'd be interested. I have the Stuart Lewis-Evans and Taylor video aftermaths.

Stuart Lewis-Evans, very brief video, probably added by PTRACER, not sure it's the identical cap.

Good video and good picture.
Isn't there any other picture of Stuart Lewis-Evans and John Taylor's wrecked cars?
Thanks.

Here’s the Keith Andrews wreck (crap quality, but I had to photograph it from an old book with a poor camera on a dark afternoon):-
