If a man can't look at danger and still go on, man has stopped living. If the worst ever happens – then it means simply that I've been asked to pay the bill for the happiness of my life – without a moment's regret. Graham Hill
It is the very same, strad
Good friends with Phil Lynott in belows video he filled in for Brian Robertson at Thin Lizzy in front of the Sydney Opera House back in 1978. Listen to the inch perfect bridge between both songs. Magic !
Two vids of his solo days and probably more of your like:

I M sure strad was joking...
Yesterday I went to see al di meola in concert, he was two blocks from home and I couldn t miss such a fantastic musician, so i brought my wife and my 4 months son who really loves hearing me playing al songs.
He was with a backup guitarist and an accordionist and it s been an unbelievable performance, especially on some piazzollas tunes.
He also played his song the infinite desire who featured on vocals the late napolitan singer pino daniele, a touching performance really.
Here s the original with pinos voice on
Every now and then it strucks me in what a great time of heavy metal music I grew up in. Introduced to metal music in 1986 by my neighbours nephew with Maiden's The Number Of The Beast album, sipping beers along, 'stolen' from my grandpas little bottle shop , not even 9 years of age.
Being able to pick up on all these great albums at local library such as Accepts Metal Heart, Balls To The Wall, Priests Defenders of The Faith, Screaming for Vengeance, and the still to come stuff such as Priests Painkiller, Bonfires Point Blank, Running Wild's Death or Glory ...
And of course, bands to discover that were just about making their name such as Blind Guardian, Rage, Helloween, Heaven's Gate to name a few.
Unforgotten also the kneeling and begging to my parents to go to the Monsters Of Rock at Hanover to see AC/DC in 1990 before turning even 13. On return of a school trip to Bremen I sneaked away from my class at Hanover main station, dug a few pennies for a call short enough to tell parents I`d stay in Hanover for the gig and not coming home and of course, not getting the fireworks of threats from the parents if I shouldn't be back home instantly. I simply hung up before that ever could come. The 6 weeks of house arrest afterwards been fully worth that night
By the way, after that 6 weeks they never disallowed me going to a gig again. I`d have gone anyway. In fact, mum sometimes drove me even. Mostly, I went for local gigs though since there were quite some really good local bands like Beau Geste formed of the remains of Glory Anthem and Breathless, Cannon who landed a major deal with their Thunder & Lightning album and a trash band called Visible Violence who kind of followed Kreators early pathes but never escaped demo band status.
So here's a few from that time
Have a great Sunday everyone

I own a rare early pressing of this with detachable banana skin and all. It's probably worth more than an autographed bible. But I can't resist answering the rhetorical question posed therein.
It was 50 years ago, perhaps not today, that 4 Englishmen recorded a groundbreaking psychedelic album, that would change the world of rock, in terms of musical imagery. Sadly, two of them are no longer among us. I am of course talking about:
