Bottom post of the previous page:

I am not denying Montoya had trouble passing HHF, but to say it was a deliberate act by HHF aimed at helping Schumacher win is a huge call. HHF was more likely making it difficult for JPM to maximise his own result. The drivers each have their own agendas and priorities to maximise their results for themselves and their own teams, not to help another team.

More to the point, HHF was not the best of friends with Schumacher, so very unlikely to go out of his way to assist MS.... remember, HHF was going out with (engaged to?) Corina, who Michael 'took' from him and eventually married.

This discussion is getting ridiculous and for why? What point is being proved by suggestion HHF deliberately blocked Montoya at Monza?

When Montoya came upon HHF he was around 1-2 seconds behind Schumi. At that point he was neither catching or losing ground to the car ahead. Did it make any difference to Montoya's chances of a win? No. Not in the slightest. In the same vein why don't we suggest Marc Gene held up Schumi after the second round of stops for the leading two?

Time to give up this point. It makes no sense and neither adds any substance to the discussion.

2003 was Kimis championship. Miles in the lead at the Nurburgring before his engine went boom.

As for Montoya - he shouldnt have crashed out Rubens at Indy. He only has himself to blame for losing out on a chance for the championship.

So what you're saying is that you've come into the topic and discussion late, completely ignored the points previously made (about Kimi and 2003) and then only focus upon one aspect of the season as a way to validate an unsubstantiated claim?

Good trolling there

As for Montoya - no. Just no. Barrichello over aggressively shut the door and paid the price. Go back one race, lap one, Schumi versus Montoya at the second chicane. Roles were reversed for the Williams and Ferrari yet both drivers gave each other racing room and neither spun off.

And besides. I don't trust the 'opinion' of anyone who supports money-bags no talent drivers and then sends me Facebook invites to fangroups for:

I would also like to add Spa 2000 to the list of things where Schumacher should've been penalized.

That block he threw on Mika was a murder attempt, but of course, no penalty was received. And since it lead to what was arguably pass of the year, it was largely forgotten.

Yes, Mika was not amused about that action.

Well, he did some pretty questionable moves, eg closing the door on Hill during the 1995 British GP

That was a do or die move of Hill him self. And it ended in tears.
