When were they introduced? Wiki lists them going back to 2003, if that's complete then it shouldn't be too difficult to compile a full list.

Jim Clark tested for Aston martin in 1960. He should drive Aston in F1 & Lotus in Formula Junior in 1960. But then Aston only entered cars for Roy Salvadori
