This is really tough. I guess it could be a Reynard or Lola Indycar, around 1996/8-ish. I wouldn't say it is any earlier than that, because there is a .com website written on the car's front wing. I dont think it is Australian. Not something one off like a publicity thing in Hawaii (Hawaii Super Prix?).... they nearly had an Indycar/CART (non championship exhibition race there in 1998, but it fell over at the last minute. It was going to be a huge purse (several million to the winner)
