So, I'm thinking of buying F1 2012, as it's only £3.74.

BUT if F1 2013 or F1 2011 are better, I'll buy one of those instead. Not interested in the 2014+ series, because turbo hybrid, plus I'm into 'retro' games not new ones.

I bought 2010-13 a few years back during a Steam sale. Have never been able to get any of them to work on my PC. 2014-15 works fine though.

I tried booting up DIRT 2 for the first time in ages last night, wouldn't even load. Maybe this will work for you: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=201134

It's basically a download to the latest Games For Windows Live or Games For Windows Marketplace. Make sure you uninstall the previous version before installing this one. Then just load the game and sign in.

I find it hilarious that F1 2016-17-18 are still the same price.
