... to .jpg.

For some reason, I cannot use Photoshop anymore. No matter what version I install I get the same error message when I try to start it up. I guess the Adobe Updater has messed up my computer.

Anyway, I need to convert all the pictures I have taken with my camera from .NFE to .JPG. Is there any other program that can do that?

Didn't you get a CD with your camera that should have software to convert it? If not, try the Nikon website for support.

(Now dumbass suggestions from me - can't you just rename the filetype to .jpg or open them in Windows Picture Viewer and click "Save As" and highlight ".jpg" in the drop down?

Yup, I found the CD! Downloaded it elsewhere though since I don't want a two year old software.

NFE-files are a bit more complex than that, so you can't do like that.
