Testing just reinforced my biases.

Team ranking:
1. Mercedes
2. Red Bull (although they are looking strong in testing)
3. Ferrari (confirmed in testing?)
4. McLaren/Alpine
6. Aston Martin (I was rating them equal with McLaren/Alpine before they test. It does not appear they are at the same level as those two teams).
7. Alpha
8. Alfa (as a result of this test they have moved up in my estimation. I still may be underrating them here).
9. Williams
10. Haas

Oh, and Mazepin is faster than Schumacher, which is kind of what I was expecting to see and Tsunoda is the best of the rookies, which I was also expecting.

A few other things:
1. Never really saw a fast Vettel.
2. Verstappen over Perez.
3. Ricciardo over Norris
4. Alonso looked good on his return.

A few other things:

5. Why isn't Giovanazzi listed in the results?
6. Did Latifi test?
Gio and Latifi were both testing all day yesterday.... Alfa had Kimi and Gio share the car on day 1, Gio Day 2 and Kimi day 3.
Williams had Nissany in on day 1, Latifi on day 2 and Russell all day today.

So to answer your question, Gio is not listed in todays times because he didnt drive today, and no Latifi did not test today (but did yesterday)

Sorry, you intercepted me while I was still drafting my post. I had gone back to look that up and changed it.

I think it's a bit difficult to compare the drivers' performances. The track conditions changed drastically pre- and post-lunch break, especially on the first two days.

I didn't see McLaren trying out fast runs in the last part of Day 3 so we didn't really get to see if they're faster than AlphaTauri like we saw yesterday.

Mercedes did the fewest laps of any teams, the car looked quite sensitive to setup and direction change. Hamilton was all over the track on Day 1, he was in the gravel on Day 2 and spun it on Day 3 as well. Is this Mercedes sandbagging by making themselves look bad?

Because in 2020 pre-season testing they topped the times on three separate days by quite a margin.

So are you stating that Red Bull is clearly the strongest team?

I don't know who is the strongest team, but I feel like Mercedes still haven't got on top of their new car. They might turn it around come the opening race, or maybe a few weekends into the season, but I would be a bit surprised if they were 0.5s+ a lap faster than the rest come the first race as they were last year.

Watching some of testing live, the commentators were talking about how these regulations look like they suit the high rake cars. Given the RBR was driving around like this all weekend there's a possibility they may be right:

Because the floor changes, made more narrow in front of the rear wheels, the high rake cars could be less hampered by it.

Plus Newey has furthered developed the high-rake concept to - if Red Bull is to be believed - near perfection (about f-ng time if you ask me). So I don't think that Mercedes will run away with the title like they did in 2020 - Red Bull will be snapping at their heels and probably even beat them at quite a few circuits.
