If the rules are well explained, I might give this a go.
All you need to do is predict the pole time. Then just sit back and wait for qualy.
Must get your guess in before P1 starts and the closest guess to the actual pole time achieved gets the most points.... the furthest from the pole time obviously less / no points.
Not sure how the silly qualifying /grid setting races will affect things. I guess there is still a qualifying session as such to set the grid for the sprint race.

I think we should always do it, if possible. I know it takes time and sometimes life gets in the way, but I think it's fun to be involved in something that can keep us invested in F1 and the season at large.

I might be imagining things, but isn't it also possible to make guesses for races in the future? So you could technically put in all of your guesses in at once?

The nature of the database is that the new round does not open until the previous round has reached the cut off point. It make storage (and separation) of the guess times easier.

There's nothing stopping you from giving a trusted person your log-in or logging in via mobile.

You can now enter guesses for the entire season. You just cannot see anyone else's guess until the the week of the race.
