1.14.758 is still listed as the official pole time since Max only received a grid drop penalty, so I'm going to take credit for this win until @XcraigX says otherwise
I wonder if there's a rule for such a situation, actually. GTP started before all this modern penalty malarkey.
Max was officially stripped of his pole... his stats show (on statsf1.com) him as only having one pole in his career. CLAP is shown as being the polesetter and his tally has moved to 7.
It's been nice knowing @XcraigX :P.

It comes down to definition of pole.... Clap got pole but Max is still shown with his original faster time. So is GTP decided on the pole lap or fastest lap in q3?

*Sebastian, Lance is faster than you... do you understand?*

Well we are trying to guess the fastest lap time here, not whatever laptime the second fastest driver has. Max's lap time wasn't in fact deleted but is still listed in the official papers on F1.com as well as in the starting line-up.

I may also be slightly partial.

Just a quick word on Verstappen.
I go with the official pole time from F1.com based on the Qualifying results. Typically, they will list qualifying results different from the "starting grid". The idea is that the starting grid represents all applied penalties.

If they had DSQ'ed Max, then LeClerc's time would count (it would show DSQ next to Max's name). But since it is a grid drop penalty, the pole time stands. It's been a very long time since they DSQ'ed a pole time. The last time it was due to the car being not conforming to the rules. It's usually a team penalty rather than a driver penalty for some reason.

This week's winner is John with a time 0.048 seconds away from Max Verstappen's controversial pole time of 1:14.758! Great job getting this one John!
As I mentioned in my post above, since the FIA did not delete his time and instead penalized Max with a post Qualifying grid drop (for ignoring the yellow flag after Valtteri's crash) the time counts for GTP.

The full results:

Was that the race where he parked his car and impeded Alonso?

From my old file, I noted that there was no GTP round that week. I seem to remember that we did not get the post listed in time (it was a back to back weekend).
But the official F1 site kept his lap as the pole lap. It seems similar to Max's grid penalty.
