You know I am not a fan of penalties, but that one WAS deserved.

Now this whole Bottas pit strategy has made no sense whatsoever.

Bottas pits for soft tyres but should get out in front of CLAP

I'm guessing Seb lost the air over his front wing and Max perhaps braked a tad earlier than normal, but really, what the hell was Seb thinking there? That he could get that spot back? Nonsense.
That's the excuse, but frankly Verstappen was so far over to the left side, for a left hand corner, it made absolutely zero sense for Vettel to try and go down the inside there unless his brain was completely switched off.

Really amazing shots from the slowmo camera and seeing them both in a gravel trap and managing to drive out, and continue, after such a collision is beyond belief. These cars are so strong now.

That’s what i thought at the beginning but to be fair if you watch verstappen camera car he didn’t move left at all. It was vettel fault

One SC and a BS action: race done.

Of course. I am blaming Vettel. I think Verstappen was defending correctly.

A one stopper is a real hit. He would have fought for the win if it wasn t for the safety car
Hamilton posted the fastest lap at last lap. This shows how fake f1 of these days is. He can win 15 championship or 200 races, but the history will tell there was zero competition thanks to favourable rules

Switching at last to federer djokovic for a legit sport

Lewis wins and takes fastest lap on the last lap. Bottas second, CLAP third Gasly 4th and Max 5th. Vettel last.

Fabulous, fabulous race, despite the obvious result.

Cmon...there was ZERO competition for the win, you won’t get aroused for a 5th place incident

One SC and one BS action.
It took the excitement out of the race.

Still this race was one of the top races of this year. (Not that difficult though)

You think how many chances bottas had to win the race as mercedes stopped him 10 lap before hamilton?

I thought it was great. Thoroughly enjoyed it, with dices through the field even if not for the lead after the early laps and the SC. I think this one was possibly better than Austria. Really looking forward to the next Max v CLAP episode now.

That's the only thing that let the race down, but don't forget that HAM and BOT were wheel-to-wheel and swapping positions in the early laps of the race.

I’sorry. It doesn’t count they are wheel to wheel for a fraction of a second if the team decides that hamilton must win by stopping bottas 10 laps before they should. That’s not letting them race. They should award hamilton the cup on thursday. At least we can focus on third place since the beginning.
