Vettel flat spotted a tyre in the run to T1 and is a second per lap down on the Mercs. Hopefully Leclerc will be allowed to pass him.

Most sensible decision they could have made. Leclerc is still lapping slower than the Mercedes. They have pace in reserve when it's needed.
