Mercedes seems well ahead of the competition. Hamilton is in top form and trashed any hope for bottas with a stunning last sector. I think PTRACER is right, it might be a transitional season of usual hamilton dominance
Another season of domination from Hamilton and his Finnish lapdog. Fuck F1, seriously. They'll never change with their silly rules that allow this sort of disparity. MotoGP knows how to do it but not F1.

I agree with you. F1 became a self parody. I watched the qualification and hamilton drove it so easily. The cars are computers and count the 90% of the package so far. There is no risktaking. Motogp was a total opposite bundle of emotions. I hope tomorrow the music will chang and we see a real race
- This season might be done and dusted earlier than usual
- Williams is a dumpster fire
- Norris seems to prove that Macca might be on the way up. What happened with Sainz?

It's the same thing every year. "Let's get rid of the wing flaps and make the wings wider and taller". How about making the wings smaller for once?
It's not like anything is going to change as the top teams are running the show anyway. All hopes of new engine regs and customer engines was effectively crushed by the manufacturers as well. This is how it will stay until Mercedes decides that they've had enough and pulls out.
I realized two days ago that the F1 season is about to start tomorrow. Guess I can't say that I'm hyped.
But from what I've seen, Kubica, not just due to his mistake in qualifying, constantly has been off the pace quite by a big margin. Or am I missing something?
Got caught up with Kubica puncture on his fast lap.

it comes as no surprise. I know both @Everso Biggyballies and myself have very strong reservations on his return.
I claimed we won't even see Kubica come the start of the European leg of the season.
