I really do hope they have a better season than the last official Alfa entry in 1985.

I also really do hope that the colour scheme on the 2019 car is a little more imaginative than 2018.

From behind, it was the best looking car on the grid. From the front, it was as dull as the Williams.

Corrected.

From the front it was easy to confuse the two.

Yeah.

I hope they go for a full red look this year. That blood red color they used at the rear would have been absolutely fantastic over the entire car, with perhaps some white or green tones in it. But I guess Papa Ferrari said no.

Have Martini finished their sponsorship of Williams, or does that cease after 2019? If it's the former, maybe we may see a switch...

No, Martini are out of Williams already.... end of last year. But they have confirmed it was due to a re-evaluation of Formula 1 as an entity being not in their interest to be involved with any longer.

So that's the end of Sauber (again)?

Will the chassis still be designated as a Sauber?

I see as part of their relaunch as Alfa, and with Kimi and new staff coming online, they have confirmed they are doubling their financial input to the team, up from 50 million Euros to 100 million.... plus of course any other additional sponsorship they snag. They certainly are taking things quite seriously and I wish them the best. I would love them to be up there in the fight for best of the rest after MB and Ferrari. (I no longer consider Red Bull one of the top teams these days, thinking they will struggle in 2019. )

You'd think that Renault would get it's act together one of these years too.

Haas is to launch its new livery (not car) on February 7th. Their title sponsor will be Rich Energy. Going by its corporate colours, you may expect another JPS livery F1.

Why not just stop kidding themselves and call it "Strollololol".
