Why.... they already have an outstanding team principal who has overseen wonders and made some courageous and ultimately correct decisions. ie Dumping Honda for Ferrari, putting together the deal with Ferrari / Alfa and bringing us Leclerc. (ok maybe that last one was with outside influence). They have a happy team on the verge of even greater things. He has taken them from tail enf Charlies to a strong midfield team capable of surprising some of the more established midfield.
