Yup. Looks like a shopping mall car park circuit.

Is it too much to hope that the circuit is the red outline...?

I love some of the comments on that:
At this point I'm convinced that someone just has a neural net that they've fed all of Tilke's tracks into and they take the output and overlay it on various places across the globe to try and find something that kinda fits.
If you look closely you'll see Florida man running in the middle of the track wrestling an alligator
first news after the miami grand prix wont be about who won it
it will most certainly be about how florida man got arrested for pleasuring himself using an F1 car
Cool to see they've moved the Korea track to a city instead of trying to build a city around it

I saw the following headline re the Miami GP Protesters who got involved in a bit of a clash with other protesters.
Outside Super Bowl, activists protest F1 racing and clash with anti-circumcision group
"Miami-Dade Police’s Rapid Deployment Force intervened when the anti-Formula 1 group clashed with the Blood Stained Men, a national nonprofit that lobbies for an end to circumcision."

Only in Florida?

although I sense we are not fans of this event (on the lay-out proposed), the chances of this happening have improved - with the event passing a crucial vote.

Why always suggesting that you speak on behalf of a group?

And I can jump on this bandwagon too.
Why can’t we just have normal street tracks with 90 degree turns? Why do we have to overcomplicate everything these days? There is not one single open corner ripe for overtaking - even that one after the second long straight narrows as the cars reach the apex

As this is essentially a parking lot, it is Las Vegas 2.0
