Thanks for that, never seen an onboard of Jacarepagua before. Never realized just how quick a lap was around there.

no real slow corners. It just keeps going. I remember being very impressed by it too when seeing it first - and the setting of Rio is beautiful.

Trying to work out what went on with Verstappen. The first thing that happened was the red light went on as they went into the pits. What's that all about?

They wanted to stop Alonso. Max passed Alonso, but the light was still red.

Do you have a map of this layout? It seems to be different (by the corners and the announcer) than the layout listed on Wikipedia.

Also, it is now apparent that NBC Sports have given all their f*cks away with the last race (just no more to give). They are not showing the Qualy session on the main channel or any of the sister channels until tomorrow right before the race.

I'm trying to watch in Spanish, but tuned in late. WTF happened to Lewis?

Why don't you watch it on Acestream? All you need is a good connection, it's otherwise 1080p.

Bottas takes pole! Vettel couldn't even go faster that lap.

Bottas picks up the Mercedes pieces and snatches pole from Vettel and Raikkonen in the last seconds of qualy as the rain started to fall. Lewis will be starting at the back subject to other driver penalties.
