If the performances are not satisfactory, Sirotkin is there waiting to take over.
So 7 races is going to cost Kubica an arm and a leg. Jeez.

A source close to Kubica admits the Pole's comeback bid is now "game over". Briatore has also commented that it is a shame we wont be seeing Kubica back in F1.

Other sources (GP Guide) claim Williams has definitely signed up Sergey Sirotkin (on a two year deal). As yet nothing official from Williams.

Still to early to say with total confidence that Sirotkin has got the gig.

In performance if not budget.

Is Sirotkin Putin's love child? A bit of a resemblance?

I would be very disappointed to see Sirotkin in that seat.

Why does there have to be at least always one Russian in F1? I wish they could bugger off and give the seat to real talent.

@Antonov

Tobias, your account appears to have been hacked again, it's slagging off Russia this time.

I see rather Sirotkin in that seat than Kubica. First it forces Stroll to develop himself as an F1 driver. Second Sirotkin is the future, Kubica at the max a shadow of the past.
