Best pictures hosting sites?

Hi guys, I never used online services for pictures hosting, so I need your advice: which one is better in your opinion?
I'm going to upload both pictures found on internet and taken by myself, so it should be better if I had the possibility to create two separate archives (one of them with my personal mark).
I used Pinterest, but it's not the better solution for personal photographs...
So, what kind of hosting service do you feel to suggest me?

For permanent hosting that is a difficult question. I used to rely on Photobucket but now they have those crappy watermarks over the pictures (unless you pay I guess). Flickr is pretty reasonable. If you have THAT many photos, lots of people create public Facebook pages these days.

For general posting here, there is actually a blue link below the white post window - "Add image to post"

You can use this for embedding photos into the forum

I like to use imgbb.com for my uploads. Works good so far.

Yeah, I know that the little pic can be opened at full size in another tab, but it would be better if I could upload them at full size right there.

I use postimages.org by default.

Facebook URLs expire within a matter of weeks.

I'll see if I can fix this image upload tool at a later time.

I think the answer might be in the image site options....

I use imgbb, so here is what I do.
Upload the images from computer.... to differentiate different categories I always choose the create new album option for different meetings/functions.

When uploaded, to say upload images to here, I open the album and select images I want to place here.
Then I click on the embed images option which is one of the options that comes up when you hover your mouse over the image selected.
It opens an embed links box, with 'viewer options' in a drop down menu.
Click that and a number of options appear.... for these images here I selected "BBCode full". (One of the options is thumbnails.... maybe that is the site default that comes up unless you choose otherwise like I choose with BBCode full .....I then just copy the image link it gives me into the Fastlane posting box you normally post in. I dont use any of the forum image options just the given links.


These are a couple from my Phillip Island album from last year as an example of doing as above.
They post to the maximum forum size and can be opened to full size by right clicking them to open in a new tab. ie they show on the forum larger than a thumbnail image.

Just another thought I have not checked is whether there is a size option when you upload from your computer.... I cant remember without uploading something new to imgbb. My albums show in thumbnail size on the imgbb website

Nice photos, and thank you for the accurate description! For now, I'm trying my best with PostImage, in case of failure I'll use Imgbb...
