I know it's going to be very quiet for the next few months now the racing season is over, I don't want this place to die a slow death and then finally decide it's over.

Videos seem to be out, few seem interested, obviously there's not much motorsport wise...So, got any ideas?

Drink beer and argue?
Square numbers are just like women, if they're under 13 just do them in your head.

I can think of a game. You say a racing drivers name and the next person have to say a driver whose name starts with the final letter of previous drivers name. Like this:

Michele Alboreto

Oliver Panis

Stephane Sarrazin

You think we can keep this going until March?

I don't think it attracts enough attention, being honest. It is a good idea though.

How about a BATracer league, and following wintersports actively on the forums?

Nah, that's a bad idea. There are enough people willing to help moderate this place. I don't wanna lose it. It was the first forum that I really felt connected with.

I don't think I need to add anything other than my agreement to that.

And Paul, closing the Fastlane will result in a delegation of large angry men turning up at your house in the wee hours demanding an explanation. Or a cup of tea at the very least.

That would be something, though... 10-20 bewildered large men, in Paul's front door, at 2am.

Only to discover it's the wrong Paul Taylor and that we can't afford a taxi back.

"This better be quick, you're my last customer tonight"

"Yeah, we're just going to Helsinki and back, shouldn't take long"

"Where?"

"Oh you should know, the place where all your cousins live in already"
