1986  ยป Daytona 500

The biggest wreck of the day began when Neil Bonnett (#12) was spun out by Tommy Ellis between Turns 3 and 4. Oncoming cars scattered and slid out of control, including Joe Ruttman (#26), who was spun head-on into the outside wall, then hit again by Harry Gant (#33). No one involved was injured in the fracas.
