|Description||On December 20th, modified star Greg Sacks was participating in a test session for Richard Childress Racing, with an eye to make his Cup Series debut in the 1981 Daytona 500 in a few months time. Coming off the fourth turn, Sacks lost control and slammed into the inside wall. The car launched into the air and rolled multiple times atop the barrier. Sacks, whose helmet came off in the crash, suffered severe cuts and bruises to his face along with shoulder injuries.|
